Foreign products vs Farmers?
I am going to answer the top five FAQ's in social network. Please read and share your comments.
Q.1 Banning Pepsi/Cola? Buy Bovonto?
No. Like foreign companies, Bovonto is an Indian(Tamilnadu) based company which also sucks water from our own land and making billions of money. Moreover, Bovonto contains more artificial flavours and excess sugar than all other products.
So, we should try to avoid avoid all packed soft drinks in any form.
Q.2 Boycotting soft drinks alone will help?
No it won't. It's time to create awareness and boycott all the possible foreign products. But How?????
The easiest way to buy the Indian products is by looking at the bar-code which is printed back side on all the food products.
The code starts with "890" denotes that the product is manufactured in India ( List of all country GS1 codes here )
Here is a bar-code sample of an Indian product.

Also, this is the right time to fight to evacuate all the foreign investors companies from our land simultaneously.
Q.3 Is it practically possible to boycott all foreign products?
The answer is again clearly NO. Because, we have been made dependent on foreign products for a decade and it's impossible to avoid immediately. But, we need to take the first step to reach the top of the mountain.
We can take a moment when we go to supermarkets/shops at the bar-code number and I am sure there will be some healthy Indian made replacements available. Costly? Not affordable? Unavailable?
It's OK to buy unavoidable ones but let's try our best to avoid.
Q.4 What are the benefits of avoiding foreign products?
Buy started avoiding all the possible foreign products, not limited to cool drinks has following some benefits.
- Country growth (Dollar value reduces and GDP increases)
- Increases ground water level for human needs and agriculture
- Save our breeds and farmers and many more.
Our Indian culture is transforming to western culture in faster rate and here we are not going to debate whether it's good or not.
We have lost many of our healthy traditional foods and it's time to recollect and take to our next generation people.
Let's take a first step by promoting the below products in all the places and it's good to see all organisations coming forward for promoting tender coconut but it's not possible without our continuous support.
